EAST HILLS JUNIOR OZTAG COMPETITON 2023

Early SEPTEMBER  2023 – through to mid DECEMBER  2023 WEDNESDAY AFTERNOONS

@Marco Reserve – Panania to be confirmed by Council.

BOYS – Under 6’s, Under 8’s, Under 10’s, Under 12’s, Under 14’s, Under 16’s

GIRLS – Under 6’s, Under 8’s, Under 10’s, Under 12’s, Under 14’s, Under 16’s

MIXED – girls may play in U6, U8 or U10 boys teams. Designated MIXED teams 12’s – 16’s must have at least 3 girls on the field.

COST – $100 per player

How to register

Register a team on Sportfix

This is for whole team registrations of 10 or more players.

TEAM DELEGATES:

Click the REGISTER NEW TEAM link

Select competition – Ensure you are selecting the correct age. Age groups are determined by the Age players turn in 2023 – see below

  • Born in 2018 – turning 5 in 2023 – Born in 2017 – turning 6 in 2023 – player to register in Under 6
  • Born in 2016 – turning 7 in 2023 – Born in 2015 – turning 8 in 2023 – player to register in Under 8
  • Born in 2014 – turning 9 in 2023 – Born in 2013 – turning 10 in 2023 – player to register in Under 10’s
  • Born in 2012 – turning 11 in 2023 – Born in 2011 – turning 12 in 2023 – player to register in Under 12’s
  • Born in 2010 – turning 13 in 2023 – Born in 2009 – turning 14 in 2023 – player to register in Under 14’s
  • Born in 2008 – turning 15 in 2023 – Born in 2007 – turning 16 in 2023 – player to register in Under 16’s

Create account or sign into account if previously held one.

IMPORTANT: Please do not do this multiple times – only once as it will make duplicates if done again – if it takes you away from your team select the little person image in the top right and go to my registrations to get back to the team registration.

  • Verify email address (only for new accounts – please check junk mail).
  • Fill in Team name
  • Select Skill Level/Competition – Beginner or Played Oztag Before – this may help with divisions should there be a high number of entries in that Age Group.
  • Invite team members – you will see a team code when registering, pass this onto your players and ask them to use the below instructions (If you miss the team code you can click the person in the top right – select my registrations and it will show your teams code).

PLAYERS:

Players will receive a team code from your team delegate.

The team will not be registered into a competition until all players have made their payment.

Create an account using an email and password of choice.

This will then take you into your profile.

Fill in all personal details and make payment. Registration $100 for Juniors

ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHERS: If you are using an active kids voucher – when it comes time to make payment please select active kids voucher and enter voucher details.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

Girls may play in U8 or U10 boy’s teams. U12’s, U14’s & U16’s may field mixed teams. (Mixed teams must have at least 3 girls on the field)

All players must wear official Oztag shorts / tights –available for purchase on gear night. $30.00. shorts and $35 tights

Team and individual entries are welcome.

Teams must have a minimum of 10 players register by the final registration date to be included in the competition.

Players must play and sign on for 5 games to qualify for the finals.

All Teams must wear same coloured shirt with a number on it – we recommend Sportswear3000

No metal tip or screw in studs are permitted – plastic moulded boots or joggers to be worn.
