OFFICIAL RESPONSE TO COVID-19
EAST HILLS OZTAG WINTER COMPETITION 2020
Covid 19 – Safety Protocols – part of the NSW Government Health Order
ALL TEAMS MUST OBSERVE THESE SAFETY PROTOCOLS – Our Covid-19 Safety Officers will be wearing Fluoro Vests and supervising.
PLAYERS: IF YOU ARE UNWELL – PLEASE DO NOT PLAY
Arrive ready to play – players are not to arrive until 15 mins prior to their match
All players please wash hands and sanitise prior to playing. We will have sanitiser at each field.
We encourage all players to have their own sanitiser.
Bring your own water bottle and do not share.
NO SPECTATORS ALLOWED ON THE SIDELINE – INTERCHANGE PLAYERS ON THE SIDELINE TO MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING.
EACH FIELD WLL BE DESIGNATED A SIDELINE FOR SUBSTITUTIONS
NO HANDSHAKES OR HIGH FIVES
NO SPITTING
At the conclusion of the game all players are to immediately leave the sideline to enable to next timeslot to assemble.
MATCH BALL
EAST HILLS OZTAG WILL PROVIDE THE MATCHBALL FOR ALL GAMES – these will be cleaned to start the match and at half time.
SIGNING ON: all players must sign in
The team delegate (or representative) must collect the team sign on sheet from the canteen area.
This sheet is then taken to the field for players to sign – it is then placed in the TUB beside the field – it will be collected by the committee following halftime
ONLY PLAYERS LISTED ON THE REGO FORM CAN PLAY – no fill-in’s or unregistered players can enter the field of play. Any team breaking this rule may put their position in this competition at risk.
A breach of any of these conditions could potentially close the competition.
